JR Auto & Truck Repair

I did not have mechanical work done here, I purchased a vehicle and worked with Charlie on the closing of this vehicle. It’s almost a week since my purchase and thus far there are no alarming concerns with the vehicle. I hope it remains like that for years to come. What I did like about working with the Charlie and his partner was that apart from the 30 day average guarantee that’s provided, they assured support with any future mechanical or vehicle purchases needs. In addition, they were very friendly and provided a sense of honesty, loyalty and gratitude which really drove my decision to purchase a vehicle here.

Yarek and Charlie were fantastic to work with. I bought a 2016 Subaru Forrester for my daughter. Things couldn’t have went smoother. I highly recommend JR Auto if you are looking for a used car and want to work with good, honest people.

I had a great experience working with Charlie. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. He was very friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. He also made the out-of-state delivery quick and seamless. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything. I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Charlie helped my son purchase a Nissan Murano, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He even offered to meet us halfway with the car since we don't live close to the dealership, which we greatly appreciated. Charlie took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated his patience and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend working with Charlie!

These guys are amazing. Not only is this a auto repair shop but also a dealership. Charlie sold me a 2012 honda accord 50k miles, basically brand new. He gave me the car in mint condition, all detailed, weather mats, inspection done and handled everything from paperwork to registration and plates. Great guys 10/10
